I’m an entrepreneur, recruiter, podcast host, and coach empowering recruiterpreneurs to become the CEO of their life.
As the multi-award-winning owner of Arizona’s leading recruiting firm, I am living proof that passion, persistence, and positivity pay off. When my firstborn son was born in 1998, I wanted the freedom and flexibility of being my own boss, and I was willing to do whatever it took to make it happen. I launched The Finders from my bedroom floor with a FAX, a phone book, and a stack of index cards, and over the last 25 years, I’ve grown The Finders into an INC 5000 firm and I am obsessed with helping people change their lives by changing their job!
Today, my mission is to help independent recruiters and small firm owners build the recruiting firm they’ve always dreamed of that will create freedom, flexibility, and the opportunity to make more money than ever before. Through my coaching programs, mastermind, and the All Things Recruiter podcast, I provide education, inspiration, and resources to help you confidently step into your role as CEO, create massive success, and enjoy the process.
